How Estora Sessions Work
Initial Conversation
We begin with a brief, no-obligation phone or video call to understand your situation, goals, and any specific areas of uncertainty — so that the right service can be identified.
Structured Session
Each service follows a clear, documented structure — moving through educational content and practical organisation in a logical sequence, at your pace.
Tangible Output
Every client leaves with real, usable materials — not just information. Folder systems, checklists, glossaries, and resource lists are all included.
Service 01 — RM 600
Keepsake Orientation Session
A gentle, plain-language session explaining how families generally organise their affairs and records, and which official bodies and professionals handle which matters. Purely educational and orientation-focused. Includes a glossary and a list of relevant resources. General information only.
What This Session Covers
- Types of records that typically matter in estate organisation — from property titles to insurance schedules
- Overview of Malaysian official bodies and the roles they each play
- The difference between civil and Syariah estate processes in Malaysia
- A plain-English glossary of common estate and administrative terms
- A curated resource list of relevant Malaysian organisations and practitioners
How It Unfolds
Pre-session: a brief written questionnaire to help us tailor content to your situation and prior knowledge
Two to three hours together: structured presentation with open Q&A throughout, moving at your pace
At the end: you receive the glossary, resource list, and a brief summary of the session's key points in printed form
Service 02 — RM 2,050
Family Records Organisation Service
A practical service helping you gather, sort, and label your own important records into one clear, structured personal file that is easy to maintain. Focused entirely on organisation. Includes a folder system, checklists, and a summary index, with pointers to the appropriate professionals for formal steps.
What This Service Covers
- Hands-on support gathering and reviewing the records you already hold
- A structured folder and labelling system you can maintain independently
- A customised document checklist highlighting what is present and what may be missing
- A summary index so any family member can locate any document quickly
- Signposting to the relevant professional categories for any formal next steps
How It Unfolds
Initial review session: we look at what records you have and identify gaps
Organisation sessions (two to three): we sort, label, and file together using our standard system
Completion: you receive the completed file with summary index and your checklist
Service 03 — RM 4,600
Complete Legacy Archive Programme
A guided programme combining general education about how estate matters are commonly arranged with hands-on record organisation and preparation of clear questions for the appropriate professionals. Includes a personal archive binder and follow-up support for factual, non-advisory queries.
